Returns & Refunds

  • Non-returnable Items: Due to the perishable nature of our products, opened chocolates or parcels delivered in perfect condition cannot be returned.
  • Customer Support: If you encounter any issues or are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact our Customer Support at +91-9056555180 or email us at sales@lachocoallure.com. We will do our best to resolve your concerns.

Summer Packaging

  • Temperature Control: Our summer packaging ensures your chocolates arrive in perfect condition, regardless of external weather conditions.
  • Insulated Protection: We use insulated containers and refrigerant packs to maintain an interior temperature between 15°C and 20°C until delivery.
  • Packaging Decision: Based on local weather conditions, our customer service representative may decide to use summer packaging for your order.

Store Credit Policy

  • Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your product, we offer store credit for future purchases.
  • No Cash Refunds: We do not provide cash refunds or refunds to accounts/credit cards. Only full store credit is available.

Undelivered Parcels

  • Communication Efforts: We strive to communicate with the receiver and sender in case of undelivered parcels.
  • Non-refundable Situations: No refunds will be issued if the receiver is unavailable, refuses the parcel, or if it is returned for other reasons.
  • Unforeseen Delays: Shipment delays caused by events such as terrorist attacks, war, or natural calamities do not qualify for refunds or returns. No compensation or claims are applicable in these situations.

Cancellations

  • Timely Processing: To ensure prompt delivery, we aim to ship orders within the same day or by the next day at the latest.
  • Cancellation Window: If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing it, provided the shipment is not already out for delivery.
  • Final Sale: Orders cannot be canceled once the shipment is sent for delivery.
