Return, Refund & Cancellations Policy

Thank you for choosing La Chocoallure. We aim to provide the highest quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our policy regarding returns, refunds, and cancellations:

 Returns & Refunds

  • Chocolates cannot be accepted back once they are opened or if the parcel is delivered in perfect condition.
  • If you have any issues or are unsatisfied with the chocolates, please contact our Customer Support at +91-9056555180 or email us at sales@lachocoallure.com. We will make every effort to resolve your concern.

Summer Packaging

  • Our summer packaging ensures that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition anywhere in India.
  • Insulated containers and refrigerant packs maintain an interior temperature between 15°C and 20°C until delivery, regardless of outside weather and temperature.
  • Depending on your recipient's local weather and temperature, our customer service representative may decide to use the summer packaging for your order.

Store Credit Policy

  • If you are not satisfied with the product received, we offer a store credit for future purchases.
  • Cash refunds or refunds to account/credit cards are not provided; only full store credit is offered.

Undelivered Parcels

  • We make every effort to communicate with the receiver and sender in case of undelivered parcels.
  • However, there is no refund for orders in case the receiver is not available or refuses to accept the parcel, or if it is returned due to other reasons.
  • Shipment delays caused by unforeseen circumstances like terrorist attacks, war, or natural calamities do not qualify for refund/return. No compensation or claim is applicable.

Cancellations

  • To expedite the delivery process, we try to ship orders within the same day or maximum by the next day.
  • If you wish to cancel an order, contact us within 3 hours of placing the order, provided the shipment is not out for delivery.
  • No order can be canceled after the shipment is sent for delivery.
