RETURN, REFUND & CANCELLATIONS POLICY

Chocolates are not accepted back once they are opened or if the parcel is delivered in a perfect condition. If you are unsatisfied with the chocolates or if there are any other issues, please contact our Customer Support at +91-9056555180 or email us at sales@lachocoallure.com and we will try our best to resolve your concern.

Our summer packaging guarantees that your chocolates arrive in perfect condition anywhere in India. This packaging uses insulated containers and refrigerant packs to maintain an interior temperature between 15°C and 20°C (59°F and 68°F) until delivery, regardless of the outside weather and temperature. Upon review of your order, a customer service representative will decide to use our summer packaging based on your recipient’s local weather and temperature.

If you are not satisfied with the Product Received, please get in touch with us and we would be happy to give you a store credit. Cash Refunds or Refunds back to Account / Credit Card is not given. We only give you a Full Store Credit for Future purchases.

In the case of Undelivered Parcels – We make every effort to communicate with the receiver and the sender by phone and email. However, in case if a situation arises that the receiver is not at home for several days or if the receiver refuses to accept the parcel or due to any reason the parcel is returned back, there is no refund issue for that order. The chocolates after being in transit for several days are not in the condition to be accepted back or to be resent to someone. In case of shipment delay due to unseen circumstances like a terrorist attack, war, or natural calamities (earthquake, floods, etc.), the company shall not be liable for refund/return in any case. The matter shall be considered final and closed. The customer bears no right for any compensation/claim in any regard from our end.

Cancellations

In order to expedite the delivery process, we try to ship all orders within the same day or maximum by next day. If you wish to cancel any order, you need to contact us within 3 hours of placing the order and we can cancel the order provided the shipment is not out for delivery. But no order is accepted for cancellation after the shipment is sent for delivery.
