As you can imagine, chocolate can be quite tricky to ship! We go to great lengths to ensure you receive the freshest product in the most pristine condition whether your order is going to Chennai or here in Delhi. That’s why we ship our products from Monday - Thursday. Why don’t we ship your order Friday - Sunday? Our standard delivery service is FREE on all orders over Rs.500 spent.
Standard deliveries will arrive within 3-5 days (excluding Sundays and bank holidays) from the despatch date.
Orders placed before 11:00 am will normally be dispatched the same day - otherwise, they will be dispatched on the next working day (excluding weekends and bank holidays).
Incorrect Addresses
We always ship to the exact address details you enter, so make sure to check you’ve given us the correct information before you place your order. If you are unsure, try the Post Office address finder as we can’t accept liability for late or failed deliveries due to an incorrect address.
We specially package our chocolates for the climate in special packaging. Upon your request, we’ll also include a gift card and message from you.

Delivery Instructions
At the time of order, you can also provide us with a contact telephone number and delivery instructions that may help us with your delivery. Typically, this could include leaving an order with a neighbour or perhaps in a safe place if you are not home. We will pass your contact telephone number and delivery instructions on to our carrier to aid delivery – who will then either call the contact number provided. Please note the contact number you provide will not be used for marketing purposes.
Packing Your Order
Gift Box Orders: Every gift box/hamper will be delivered in our protective, specially printed packaging to ensure it arrives in the best possible condition. Our gift boxes/hampers are made to order by our dedicated team and may take slightly longer to prepare during our peak trading times. We will always make every effort to deliver your order on time. Occasionally, we may be affected by factors that are beyond our control. Pass Foods is not responsible for delivery delays caused by adverse or unpredictable weather conditions or natural calamities or war or terrorist attacks. Should this happen, we will update our website with details of any delays we are experiencing.

o Please double check shipping address(es) before submitting your order. Pass Foods cannot be responsible for orders delayed or returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses (i.e. PO boxes) provided by the customer.
o We realize that you may want to send a gift as a surprise. However, in order to prevent delays, we recommend you notify the recipient of the shipment prior to arrival.
