The Burnt Caramel

'Burnt' is intentional — sugar and honey are cooked past the regular caramelisation point, where they develop deeper, slightly bitter, complex notes. This caramel coating cracks like glass around each hazelnut, amplifying the natural nut sweetness and adding a layer of flavour complexity that standard caramel-coated nuts simply don't have.

The Dark Chocolate Shell
